Ofra x NikkiTutorials Highlighter Review

Image
Hi lovelies, Yea turns out I lied again about the affordable makeup. I'm really sorry guys but with all this amazing makeup coming out I just can't help myself from buying the more expensive stuff. Ok I lied again, I bought this in another Beauty Bay sale and I got a whole £9 off (how could I not). As soon as I saw this on NikkiTutorials channel ( this video I believe), I needed to get this highlighter only because I don't want to use all my Sugarpill x Little Twin Stars palette (shameless plug but you can check out that review here ). The Ofra x NikkiTutorials highlighters are available in 2 shades: space baby and cloud 9. I purchased cloud 9 because I prefer a pink tinted highlighter over a silver highlighter (that's space baby). Both highlighters are available on Beauty Bay (see here ) and retail for £25 for 10g. You will get free UK delivery from BeautyBay and my order was delivered within 2 days. As always it was safely packed. The packaging is nice and s

EcoTools Eye Enhancing Duo Brush Set

Image
Hi lovelies, Something a little different today although still make up related. The eye enhancing duo brush set from EcoTools have become my main brushes for doing my eye shadow. I've only seen this set at Boots (see  here ) and costs £6.99. You can also order direct from the EcoTools website (see here ) for £5.04 but additional charges such as delivery and import may occur. Still, not impressed with Boots and their pricing. EcoTools offer a range of cruelty free products that are also suitable for vegans. Living up to their name, everything about the products are made from recycled or renewable sources which I think is brilliant. The packaging on the brushes is really simple and minimalist. It's also reusable storage for this set as you cannot store them in a brush stand (next paragraph). The brushes are held in place securely and they are easy to get in and out of the box. The packaging also contain some basic instructions on how to use the brushes if you're a comple

W7 Cosmetics Eye got the Power Primer Review

Image
Hi Lovelies, Believe it or not but this is my first EVER primer 😱. Yea I know, shocking ain't it but priming is recently gained knowledge to me. I've always struggled with creasing and it only got worse with concealer and foundation so I didn't want to spend loads on something I wasn't sure would even work. I would just like to add that W7 are a UK brand and are a cruelty free company. I bought this on a whim while searching for an eye-shadow palette from Just Essentials (www.justessentials.co.uk). Cost me £2.99 but I'm unsure of delivery costs as I bought a couple of items. I had a look on W7s website and it costs £5.95 but there are no details regarding the size or weight of the product. The tube is small however I didn't need much of the primer in order to prep my eyes so I think it will last a while which is great for the price that I paid. There are two different shades of this primer; temptation and natural. I bought temptation which is described a

Collection Illuminating Powder Review

Image
Hi lovelies, so for this post I thought I'd review an affordable drugstore powder that is a go-to favourite of mine. The Primed and Ready Illuminating Setting Powder by Collection Cosmetics can be purchased at Boots (www.boots.co.uk) or Superdrug (www.superdrug.co.uk) priced at £3.99 for 15 grams. I've been using this powder for several months now and I absolutely love it. If you don't want a glow to your powder then this isn't for you. Just a note that Collection Cosmetics are cruelty free with no animal testing in the production of their products in accordance with European Law. On Boots website, this powder is described as a "silk enriched finely milled pressed powder" that "feels weightless on the skin and adds a subtle luminous glow". I don't get the silk enriched part but the rest of the description certainly fits. It is a very fine powder that does set your foundation in place and is very light on the skin. The powder is sooo soft and

Sugarpill Cosmetics Pretty Poison Lipstick in U4EA

Image
Hi lovelies, This week I've been playing with my new Sugarpill Lipstick. The bullet lipstick will be unavailable when the stock is gone but this particular shade will still be available in liquid form. I got the U4EA Pretty Poison Lipstick from Beauty Bay (see here ) but it is also available directly from Sugarpill (see here ). As with all Sugarpill products, the lipstick is cruelty-free and vegan friendly. All ingrediants can be found on the packaging as well as on the website. Now anyone that has read my reviews before will know that I hate import charges and that is the ONLY reason why I buy from a supplier rather than directly from the manufacturer. All the pretty poison shades cost the same: £14 from BB and $18 from Sugarpill. Delivery is free on UK orders over £15 from BB. As always, I have to mention the packaging but this is definitely the best packaging I've come across for a simple bullet lipstick. To start, the lipstick comes in a little pink box that has Pretty
