Ofra x NikkiTutorials Highlighter Review

Image
Hi lovelies, Yea turns out I lied again about the affordable makeup. I'm really sorry guys but with all this amazing makeup coming out I just can't help myself from buying the more expensive stuff. Ok I lied again, I bought this in another Beauty Bay sale and I got a whole £9 off (how could I not). As soon as I saw this on NikkiTutorials channel ( this video I believe), I needed to get this highlighter only because I don't want to use all my Sugarpill x Little Twin Stars palette (shameless plug but you can check out that review here ). The Ofra x NikkiTutorials highlighters are available in 2 shades: space baby and cloud 9. I purchased cloud 9 because I prefer a pink tinted highlighter over a silver highlighter (that's space baby). Both highlighters are available on Beauty Bay (see here ) and retail for £25 for 10g. You will get free UK delivery from BeautyBay and my order was delivered within 2 days. As always it was safely packed. The packaging is nice and s

BirchBox UK September Subsciption

Image
Hi lovelies, I received my second subscription box from BirchBox UK. I found out that if you review your monthly boxes on BirchBox UK, you gain credits as well as free delivery and occasional gifts. Due to this my subscription this month was still £10 and this was taken on the first of the month. I received my dispatch email on the 6th and it arrived on the 8th. I received 5 products in my subscription this month. I'm certain that they are all sample sizes which I'm OK with but they are a little on the small side especially when I consider the samples I receive from other places. The first of my products is the Klorane Conditioner with Mango Butter. This product is lovely, it smells amazing and leaves you with soft and silky hair. However this conditioner is for dry hair and that is the only reason that I won't be purchasing this product. My second product is the Marcelle City 24Hr anti-pollution day and night moisturizing emulsion. This sample was tiny so I was on

GlossyBox September Subscription

Hi Lovelies, Another subscription box review again. I think I'll try to publish these on a Wednesday as a twice a month special otherwise these will end up just been my blog and I don't want that. Anyhoo, I got my GlossyBox September Box in the post the other day so here goes. My subscription was paid on the 1st of the month and I received a dispatch email on the 5th with delivery on the 7th. The subscription was just over £13 including delivery for 6 products, with 5 full products. Love all the packing inside the box as it keeps your goodies well protected. My first product are the Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes. Good size packet for popping in your bag and like many wipes has a resealable cover to prevent them from drying out. They had a nice fresh scent to them but they did leave my hands a little sticky after using them. The next product I have tried is the Daily Concepts Your Facial Mini Scrubber for gentle skin. I love it. I used it with my regular cleanser an

Lunar Beauty Life's A Drag Palette Review

Image
Hi lovelies, Back to my usual makeup post today. Now I know there's been loads (understatement) of drama surrounding MannyMUA at the moment but I still bought this palette with my OWN money (before all of this) so I just wanna ask you to judge the palette not the creator. All this drama is no reflection on the quality of the make-up and as I bought it to review for you, I would consider it a waste of money to not use it (he's already got it). Disclaimer done. I ordered my palette from Beauty Bay (my favourite supplier of all things happy) with a whopping 30% discount so I picked this bad boy up for £25. Usual retail price of £37, UK customers will receive free postage and you can check that out  here . As always delivery was fast and safe with Hermes. To start with the packaging is everything and I love it. It comes in a reflective box with the brand and palette names on the front. The palette design itself I also love. For me, the eyes really make the palette stand out

BirchBox UK August Subscription

Image
Hi Lovelies, I told you I'd ordered 2 subscription boxes and the second one is from BirchBox UK. Now the reason I ordered this was for 2 reasons. They support small businesses on Etsy and they had a cool free gift. You get 5 products in you're subscription box every month, some are samples, a couple are full size and this costs £12.99 a month including p&p. Absolutely love the design. My box this month was designed by Nikki Strange and you can check out her Etsy store by clicking  here . If you want to join BirchBox UK use my refer a friend link by clicking  here . There's no extra cost for you but we might get some goodies and savings. My first product that I have tried is the Dr Botanicals Pomegranate Superfood Regenerating Sleeping Mask (yea a right mouthful). To be used after cleansing and toning the skin so more like a moisturiser than a mask. It soaks into the skin pretty quickly and left my skin feeling soft the next day. I also had a nicer glow to my skin

Glossy Box August Subscription

Image
Hi Lovelies, I've finally decided to get a beauty box subscription what with my giveaway coming up on IG (hint hint-head over there). After searching out a couple of reviews, two stuck out as been pretty decent for the prices and naturally I ordered them both. A review of the other box will be posted upon its arrival. As this was my first subscription with GlossyBox I was given 15% off this first order which cheered me up. The usual price is £13 with P&P so even without discount it's really good value for money. I was informed when my order had been received, processed and sent out for delivery and this is comforting for a subscription service. If you are interested in subscribing to Glossy Box use my refer a friend code by clicking  here . There's no extra cost for you but we might get some goodies and savings. The August box is the Pride Edition and comes in a rainbow designed box. This box contains 6 full size products including some new brands for me and some w
