Ofra x NikkiTutorials Highlighter Review

Hi lovelies, Yea turns out I lied again about the affordable makeup. I'm really sorry guys but with all this amazing makeup coming out I just can't help myself from buying the more expensive stuff. Ok I lied again, I bought this in another Beauty Bay sale and I got a whole £9 off (how could I not). As soon as I saw this on NikkiTutorials channel ( this video I believe), I needed to get this highlighter only because I don't want to use all my Sugarpill x Little Twin Stars palette (shameless plug but you can check out that review here ). The Ofra x NikkiTutorials highlighters are available in 2 shades: space baby and cloud 9. I purchased cloud 9 because I prefer a pink tinted highlighter over a silver highlighter (that's space baby). Both highlighters are available on Beauty Bay (see here ) and retail for £25 for 10g. You will get free UK delivery from BeautyBay and my order was delivered within 2 days. As always it was safely packed. The packaging is nice and s...

BirchBox UK September Subsciption

Hi lovelies,
I received my second subscription box from BirchBox UK. I found out that if you review your monthly boxes on BirchBox UK, you gain credits as well as free delivery and occasional gifts. Due to this my subscription this month was still £10 and this was taken on the first of the month. I received my dispatch email on the 6th and it arrived on the 8th.
I received 5 products in my subscription this month. I'm certain that they are all sample sizes which I'm OK with but they are a little on the small side especially when I consider the samples I receive from other places.
The first of my products is the Klorane Conditioner with Mango Butter. This product is lovely, it smells amazing and leaves you with soft and silky hair. However this conditioner is for dry hair and that is the only reason that I won't be purchasing this product.

My second product is the Marcelle City 24Hr anti-pollution day and night moisturizing emulsion. This sample was tiny so I was only able to use it twice. Not sure about this one as it left my skin feeling tacky for a while after application. It did soak into the skin eventually but left my skin feeling quite dry although it did take the shine off my skin.

The third product is the Eyeko Brown Liner. I really love the tip of this liner as it allows you to draw individual hairs so precisely. The product also glides on smoothly for easy application and shaping of your brows. The shade was a little too light for me to wear alone but I will definitely continue wearing this at the front of my brows for more definition.

The penultimate product in the September box is the Benefit Cosmetics Galifornia blush in the shade Gold Rush. The powder feels super soft and silky to touch and blends into the skin nicely without disturbing your base. Unfortunately this shade is not right for me as it has a peach tone.

My final product from BirchBox UK is the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse OR Multi-Use Dry Oil Shimmer. It has a beautiful gold shine to it and adds a gorgeous glow to the skin. Although it felt quite oily on the fingers, when applied to the skin the oiliness disappears leaving behind the shimmer.

Overall, I'm not blown away by this months subscription from BirchBox UK. Most of the products are not suited to my skin tone or hair type and I kind of find that a little disappointing. I really only like 2 of my 5 products, the rest I have no interest in purchasing or even using again. Don't forget if you want to join BirchBox UK use my refer a friend link by clicking here. There's no extra cost for you but we might get some goodies and savings.
Thank you for reading. I hope that you've enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future.
Rach😘😘
